Stephen is a comedian, actor and writer, originally from Kilkenny and based in Dublin and London. Stephen is represented by Aviary Talent and Lisa Richards Voice.
In 2025, he debuted his new solo stand-up show Stephen Jobs (a comedy about Stephen’s Jobs) to a sold out run at Dublin Fringe Festival. His short film GAP premiered at The Boyne Valley Film Festival. Gap will screen at multiple upcoming festivals including The New York Comedy Film Festival.
Stephen writes and performs in the award-winning Dreamgun Film Reads, which earned Dublin Fringe’s Best Ensemble Award, was named one of BBC’s Top 10 Culture Podcasts Worldwide, and ranked as the 4th best-reviewed show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019 by Comedy.co.uk.
As an actor, Stephen recently appeared on screen in In Between and Bicycle Thieves: Pumped Up. His previous acting credits include Steen Raskopoulos: Friendly Stranger, Deadly for the Abbey Theatre, The Beggar’s Opera with the European Opera Centre, and Trainspotting and The Hellfire Squad with Devious Theatre.
Stephen’s writing credits include contributions to Mock the Week and the Irish Film and Television Awards and his own body of theatre and comedy shows including Dreamgun Video, Dreamgun Dracula, PowerPoint, Personal Space Vol. 1 & 2, Chaos Theory, and Mimes in Time
